On May 16, 2016, NSLI-Y Interactive hosted a virtual event, “Arabic Capstone Project.”

Five NSLI-Y students, who are finishing up their Arabic Academic Year programs in Morocco, presented on what they learned about Morocco (Hospitality, Hip Hop, Dating, Street Dancing) through work on their final Capstone projects. Within these authentic presentations, the speakers provided valuable insights into Arabic culture, language and everyday life through their perspectives as exchange students.

These NSLI-Y students joined us from their Re-Entry Orientation in Washington, D.C.. After living in Rabat, Morocco for an Academic year, these students shared their insights about lessons learned from planning and executing their Capstone Projects. Please support these young scholars by watching their presentations. Feel free to leave a comment or share this story with your networks.
